In Fall of 2011 one of the most popular and famous tattoo artists in the world , Kat Von D, will be revealing an epic new clothing line. First Kat partnered with Sephora to bring us her own makeup line and now she is venturing into the fashion industry. I will admit that I am anxiously awaiting the release of her rocker chic clothing line. I am a massive fan of Kat's so this news is welcomed with open arms.
From the sneak peaks I have seen of her line it seems to be right down my alley. It is a mix of rock, goth and dare I say a slight steampunk influence all with a feminine touch.
Here is a taste of what we can expect....
I know that I will be in line to purchase the outfits shown. Will you? What do you think of Kat branching out into the fashion industry?

Holiday in Romania
As promised.... my trip to Romania
In October 2010 my grandfather came to England to visit Colin and I. On his trip he wanted to take advantage of being in Europe and visit Romania. Colin and I were were very excited to take my Grandfather to visit the main place he has always wanted to see. We love to travel and share our experience with others. My family (especially my Grandfather, my Father and myself) have a love of horror films. The idea of visiting the area that so many horror films and stories are based was beyond exciting for me. (Dad if you are reading this I still want to visit Romania with you as well)Lets' start our trip... shall we?
Our welcome to Romania. This was on the bus that picked us up from our plane.
We flew into Bucharest, Romania.
We then took a train from Bucharest to Brasov, Romania. It was about a 4 hour ride. We arrived late in the evening and then took a taxi to our hotel Casa Brasoveana. ( I highly recommend this hotel!) We got an early night so we could refresh for our adventures the next day.
Casa Brasoveana
On our second day in Romania we went to what is considered Dracula's Castle. It is the main castle for tourists to visit. It dates back to the time of Vlad but there is no proof that he ever lived or even visited the castle. My Grandfather wanted to see so very much though so we spent our second day there. You take a bus from Brasov to the Village the castle is in.
On our third day (we only had 3 days to explore) we visited Brasov.
Last but not least... in Romania you will see a lot of stray dogs and cats. If you are an animal lover like I am this will be hard to deal with. I made friends with two puppies that I want to share on here as well. I bought them sandwhiches to feed them. If it was possible to bring them back to England with me I would have.

Travel blogs to come
With all that has been going on in my life I have not had time to maintain this blog nearly as much as I wanted to. Moving around the world and working with immigration to get visa's sorted is time consuming to say the least. With my lack of time I have yet to show off the photos from some of my travels around the world.
I Have decided to start and catch up with my travel and beauty blogs that I have neglected.
First I will start with Romania. Watch for my next blog.
xx for now...
