From 10 to 2

A few months ago I underwent quite a few tests to narrow down the reasons for my illness. I attempted to get into shape and back to the fitness level I used to be. After a few weeks I decided to just maintain my fitness level and concentrate on balancing out my liver enzymes and blood sugar. I concentrated on learning how to maintain such a healthy diet and I did moderate exercise.

Here I am, 3 months later and I am feeling ready to get back onto the path I originally planned on following. Come join me on my journey. Right now I am a size 8 (US) sometimes a 10 (US) and my goal is a size 2 (US). I will share with you my food, some of my exercise journal and my day to day... New body for the New Year??? YES....
